Our Client is one of Europes leading manufacturers and international distributors of ball and roller bearings, mechanical power transmission products and motion transfer linkages. Our Client is currently seeking a skilled CNC Turner Programmer to join their team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for Programming CNC turning machines to produce high:quality components. Responsibilities:: Program CNC turning machines to fabricate precision parts using FANUC Systems: Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine machining requirements: Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy of machined parts: Assemble components using various techniques including welding: Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve machining processes: Utilise CAD software for programming CNC machines: Perform tooling changes and adjustments as necessary: Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality standards are met: Implement logic controllers for automated machining processes: Handle materials effectively, ensuring proper handling and storage practices Skills:: Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment common in CNC machining: Experience with milling operations and assembly techniques: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately: Proficient in CAD software for programming CNC machines: Knowledge of tooling procedures for CNC turning operations: Welding skills for component assembly: Familiarity with logic controllers for automated processes: Competence in materials handling practices: Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations related to machining processes If you are a skilled CNC Turner with a passion for precision engineering, we invite you for this exciting opportunity.
