Job Title: Supply Teacher : Secondary SchoolsLocation: Welwyn Garden City and Surrounding AreasPay: GBP149 : GBP158 per dayContract Type: Temporary, Day:to:Day Supply, Long:term Placements Job Description: Randstad Education are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable supply teachers who can deliver engaging and effective lessons in various subjects across secondary schools. As a supply teacher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of students education during staff absences. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in different school environments, develop your teaching skills, and make a real difference in students educational journeys. Responsibilities: * Delivering high:quality lessons across different subjects in line with the national curriculum. * Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. * Managing classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. * Providing feedback and marking students work when required. * Collaborating with school staff to support students educational progress. * Engaging with students and fostering a passion for learning. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. * Experience teaching in secondary schools. * Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A passion for teaching and inspiring students. * Flexibility and reliability to accept assignments at short notice. * A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one. * Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
