Position: Supply Teacher : Secondary SchoolsLocation: Hatfield, Hertfordshire and Nearby AreasPay: GBP149 : GBP158 per dayContract Type: Temporary, Daily Supply, Long:term Placements Job Overview: Randstad Education are in search of dynamic and versatile supply teachers who can provide engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects in secondary schools. As a supply teacher, you will be essential in maintaining educational continuity during staff absences. This role offers a fantastic chance to experience different school settings, enhance your teaching skills, and significantly impact students educational experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Delivering high:quality, curriculum:based lessons across various subjects. * Tailoring teaching approaches to cater to the diverse needs of students. * Managing classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. * Providing feedback and assessing students work as needed. * Collaborating with school staff to support student progress. * Engaging with students to inspire a love of learning. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. * Experience in teaching within secondary schools. * Strong classroom management skills and adaptability. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students. * Flexibility and reliability to accept assignments on short notice. * A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one. * Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
