Job Details: Salary Range: GBP 38,092 to GBP 45,389 per annum (inclusive of GBP 3,000 per annum market supplement)Work Location: Dame Mary Fagan House (Basingstoke), hybrid working (home and office based)Hours per week: 37Contract type: PermanentClosing Date: 30 June 2024Interview Date:w/c 8 July 2024 The Role: Joining our multi:disciplinary Hospital Team, you'll work with both health and social care colleagues to deliver excellent social work services that make a real difference to adults in need of social care. As a fullyqualified Social Worker experienced in safeguarding, complex case work, resource allocation and funding, you'll be passionate about working with people to achieve the best outcomes : enabling people to be safe and as independent as possible, so they can live the lives they want. You'll focus on leading and managing our Senior Case Workers and Social Workers and manage your own small, but complex, case load. With a shared responsibility for leading and managing within the wider team, you'll support our duty function and deputise for the Team Manager and assist in the strategic planning and delivery of the service in line with our governance principles. Using your excellent communication and relationship building skills, you'll enjoy developing effective and positive relationships with individuals and professional health staff, both inside and outside of the hospital team.
