Project Support Officer Base office location may vary dependent upon suitable candidate : anticipated balance of home and office working. The role of Project Support Officer will include: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::To assist project team members in any duties which enable successful project delivery in accordance with Group and business objectives, plans and strategies and deliver both internal change and business transformation projects and programmes throughout the full project lifecycle.:Prepare and present information to communicate to business managers and stakeholders, including process maps, business data (financial and other) and project information. :Provide a Project Management Office function (PMO) which will include project plans, risk logs and other project documentation to ensure project delivery, completing meeting minutes and progress reports, organising and scheduling meetings. Support the review of key business issues and consider how best to improve business performance.:Organise small change and project related activities liaising with appropriate teams to ensure tasks and outcomes are delivered. Communicate effectively and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure any issues are identified and dealt with appropriately. Contribute, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Groups values and objectives.:Deliver, improve, and maintain effective and efficient administration systems to support delivery of services in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations and conduct research and gather data to support project initiatives along with seeking opportunities for service improvement. :Communicate effectively and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure any issues are identified and dealt with appropriate. Skills and experiences: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::Recent experience of undertaking a similar role in supporting the delivery of project and working to deadlines and prioritising work loads, both for self and others and providing administrative support to a dispersed team :Some experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions, producing, and analysing quality information :Some experience of writing detailed requirements documents and/or process improvement maps and knowledge of project methodology :Literacy and numeracy equivalent to GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths is essential.:Good understanding of written and spoken English, Excellent communication skills, with good negotiation and presentation skills :Good interpersonal and customer care skills that works well in a team
