Job Advert: Hotel PorterLocation: DaventryPosition: Hotel PorterSalary: £11.44 per hour day shift / £11.64 per hour night shiftSchedule: 5 days a week weekend work expectedWe are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Porters to join our team in Daventry. As a Hotel Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a pleasant and seamless experience from arrival to departure. Both day and night shifts are available.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage.Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities.Respond to guest requests and provide prompt and courteous service.Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms and events.Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and common areas.Coordinate with reception and housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.Requirements:Proven experience as a Porter or in a similar customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Friendly and professional demeanor.Knowledge of English language.High school degree or equivalent is preferred.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage of £11.44 for day shifts and £11.64 for night shifts.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and welcoming environment.Consistent work schedule with weekend shifts expected.If you are a proactive and hospitable individual with a commitment to providing exceptional guest service, we encourage you to apply for this position.How to Apply: Please send your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience
