The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of grounds maintenance and litter removal duties, including but not limited to: Mowing Shrubbery reductionLitter bin emptying Key Responsibilities: Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard.Ensure all litter bins are regularly emptied and surrounding areas are kept clean.Operate and maintain equipment used in grounds maintenance.Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing duties.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the maintenance schedule is adhered to. Requirements: Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.Hardworking, reliable, and punctual.Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.Driving license preferred but not essential. Benefits: Regular working hours 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM.Opportunity to work outdoors in various locations across Manchester.Supportive team environment.
