You will work alongside the team manager to provide supervision to trainees and newly qualified social workers. About the role You will need a degree in Social Work and to be registered with Social Care Wales. Previous experience in Children’s Social Work is essential, a background in front-line services would be ideal such as Child Protection, Children in Need or Looked After Children. It is essential you have a full driving license, or have the ability to travel around the County, and a comprehensive working knowledge of relevant legislation and child safeguarding procedures.
