Chartered Accountant, Senior Accountant, Client Accountant, Practice Accountant, Accountant, jobsChartered Accountant Accountancy firm Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex Hybrid Salary: £40k - £50k + Excellent Benefits Full Time / Part Time, Permanent,Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm The Client: Our client is a reputable accountancy firm, specialising in personal & corporation tax returns, VAT returns, payroll and bookkeeping. The Role: As a Chartered Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in preparing and filing personal tax returns. Responsibilities: Compile accounts for limited companies. Complete Construction Industry Scheme CIS returns. Prepare and submit VAT returns. Manage multiple deadlines efficiently. Mentor junior staff members. Process client payrolls. Review work completed by bookkeepers. Oversee a portfolio of clients. Maintain communication with clients regarding their financial performance. Requirements: Previously worked as an Accountant or in a similar role. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting practice. Possess ACA qualification. Skilled in Xero, QuickBooks would be preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Right to work in the UK.
