Our client is currently recruiting due to expansion of the firm and an increase of high-quality work.Within this Planning Solicitor role, your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Working across your own caseload of Planning work such as legal agreements, planning enforcement, CPOs and completing strategies on behalf of energy, solar, wind and hydrogen power companiesAdvising a broad client base on all Planning mattersEnsuring the needs of the firm’s loyal client base are met with exceptional resultsCourt Proceedings when necessaryDrafting and negotiation of planning agreementsPlan due diligence on acquisitions and disposal agreements The successful candidate will ideally have between 2-7 years PQE, is confident in their own ability, is looking to really make a name for themselves across the North West and are able to work well as part of a team.
