Job DescriptionService Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Leaving Care Personal Advisor for Rochdale Council.This company is seeking a Personal Advisor to join their Cared For Children - Step Ahead Service in Rochdale. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice, support and guidance to young people preparing to leave care.
