The Role: As a Sales / Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients with their property needs, be it buying, selling, or renting. Responsibilities: Facilitate property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants. Mediate offers between buyers / tenants and sellers / landlords. Aid in creating property listings, encompassing photography and descriptive writing. Deliver outstanding customer service during sales / letting procedures. Collaborate with team members for seamless transactions. Stay informed about market trends and property valuations. Participate in networking events to foster client relationships. Requirements: Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator, Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role. Previous sales and lettings experience. Understanding of local property market would be desirable. Strong communication and negotiation skills Valid UK driving licence.
