ResponsibilitiesParagon Medics is seeking a full-time Compliance Consultant to work with hospitals and doctors to credential our doctors to comply to work in hospitals across Australia. As a Compliance Consultant, you will be responsible for the timely completion of the credentialing process, organising doctors travel and delivering outstanding customer service to both doctor and hospitals Tasks Ensure registered doctors are compliant with industry standards to work in a hospital settingConsult with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition for locum doctors and hospitalsPartner with hospital administration teams to understand credentialing requirements and timelinesBuild strong relationships with doctors to ensure timely return of paperworkCoordinate the completion and return of credentialing paperwork to hospitals in a timely mannerOrganise travel and accommodation for locum doctors, balancing doctors’ requests with hospital budget guidelinesMaintain high-quality compliance and document control systemsSeek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficienciesAssist with Skills Required Strong customer focus, with the ability to explain requirements and achieve desired resultsConfidence/Excellent in Written and verbal communication and ability to adapt to suitCollaborative team playerExcellent administrative skills and attention to detailProficient in using systems and technologyStrong customer service appreciationEffective time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Key Outcomes Doctors fully credentialed to hospital requirements ahead of timeFlights and accommodation organised and communicated to doctorsAll documentation stored in our cloud-based document control systemHigh level of customer satisfaction What's on Offer Generous salary package25 days annual leaveEmployee mentoring programStructured Career Path optionsOpportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of many Australians Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeSchedule: Monday to FridayWork Authorisation: Australia RequiredClosing Date: 28th June 2024
