What do you need Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in AV system design, including proficiency with CAD software and AV design tools.Solid understanding of audiovisual principles, standards, and best practices.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations. Industry-leading certifications such as CTS, CTS-D, and/or CTS-I.Experience with core system integration manufacturers like Extron, Crestron, and Kramer, including prior design experience with AV over IP systems.Working knowledge of network topology, basic network security, and protocols.
