They are currently expanding their networks and increasing both their UK and global reach.They are a business that enables AV technology to help companies function efficiently within their environments and help with SMART-tech solutions across multi-site businesses. They are known for their bespoke servies and they have worked with some of the worlds biggest brands.This role has been created as they are expanding across all divisions bringing new team members into the company. The role is an on-site position and will require travel to multiple client sites installing and maintaining their key systems such as projection, SMART tech visual display systems, interactive tech and all their SMART tech Key responsibilities Project lead and commissioning of corporate AV solutionsAV on-site installation experience of installing a range of equipment in a range of environments including projection, display screens, interactive technologies, audio solutions, switching, video scalers, signal extenders and digital signageRack Building and wiringPC skills and programming of touch panelsKnowledge of product firmware updatesEngineering health and safety training and knowledgeManagement of the engineers internal and externalDiary Management The company and it's benefits SMART business with a great developing teamAll transport and Cars paid forDeveloping/ growing teams with extensive opportunity for career growthOngoing training and tailored developmentGreat annual leave structureAll tools provided What you'll need A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar roleStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities continuously while maintaining attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This would be a great opportunity for an on-site engineer to come and join a growing team. You'll be working in Reading and visiting some of the most creative businesses in the UK.
