Town Planner Poole HR 11553 Salary: Negotiable depending on skills are experience An excellent opportunity has become available for a Town Planner to join a respected consultancy based on the South Coast. The successful Town Planner can expect to work as part of a friendly and supportive team and have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential, education, commercial and heritage projects. Qualifications and experience: Applications are sought from candidates with a BSc / BA (or equivalent) in a relevant planning discipline. Ideally applicants will be working towards becoming a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and have previous planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment. Duties: * Delivering professional planning advice to clients * Preparing a variety of planning applications and appeals * Making Local Plan Representations * Undertaking site development appraisals and planning assessments * Liaising with local authorities Benefits: * Competitive starting salary * Full benefits package Interested?
