Job Title: Production Operative Location: Masham, North Yorkshire, HG4 4JB Salary: GBP36,000 Job Type: Full Time About Us: IAnson Bros Ltd is one of the leading animal feed manufacturers in the UK, a family:owned company with a 124:year history and a forward:looking approach to business, serving a local, national, and international customer base. The headquarters is based in Masham, North Yorkshire, with an exciting new facility also nearing completion at Dalton, Thirsk. What were looking for: * Production operatives to join our expanding team * We require enthusiastic individuals, who are self:motivated * A driving license is preferable given our location * We operate with a degree of complexity; thus the individual must be accurate in their work and willing to learn * The site is a modern hygienic production facility therefore the individual must be prepared to conduct basic level hygiene duties * Must be willing to work shifts, additional overtime available What we offer you: * Competitive hourly rate and shift allowance * 22 days holiday (increasing over years served) + bank holidays * Entry into the company pension scheme * Fuel allowance, to cover your travel to work based on your postcode * Death in service provision * Annual bonus * A strong team ethic * In house training * Career progression for the right candidates Please click the APPLY button to submit your CV for this role.
