Mental Health Social Worker : Hybrid : London Are you an Adult social worker looking to improve the lives of vulnerable adults? Do you want to support adults from a hybrid role? Do you want to work with a low caseload? A Local Authority in London is hiring for a full time Adults Mental Health Social Worker to adhere to local adults in need that are in use of the support from adults social care as part of the mental health teams. Key Duties include: Initial Mental Health Assessments and Support Plans General Case Management and completing needs assessments What they can offer you: Hybrid Working : Work from home 3 days a week, attend visits and meetings when necessary Supported by a stable and permanent management team What are they looking for?
