My client is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of electrical systems and maintenance. Benefits:Standard HolidayEnhanced pension SchemeHealth careOvertime available Requirements/Qualifications: x25CF; Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification in Electrical Installation orMaintenance i.e. City and Guilds Level 3. x25CF; Up to date 18th edition I.E.E. wiring regulations. x25CF; Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in an industrial orcommercial setting within a facilities management organization. x25CF; Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits and schematics. x25CF; Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to electricalmaintenance. x25CF; Excellent problem:solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of ateam. x25CF; Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and provide clearmaintenance reports. x25CF; A valid and full UK Driving Licence is an essential requirement for this position. Day to Day Duties: x25CF; Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM), inspections, andtroubleshooting on electrical equipment, machinery, and systems. x25CF; Identifying and repairing reactive electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime andmaximizing equipment efficiency. x25CF; Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, including lighting, powerdistribution, and control panels. x25CF; Collaborating with other maintenance team members to address electrical andmechanical issues. x25CF; Assisting in the development of maintenance plans and procedures to enhancesystem performance and safety. x25CF; Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance withsafety regulations and company standards. x25CF; Participating in training and development programs to stay up:to:date with industrytrends and best practices.
