Looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join a leading Property Maintenance Company based in North London on a Permanent basis Offering a competitive salary of up to GBP47,000 (dependant on experience) + benefits Duties: * Engage with suppliers and contractors to obtain and evaluate quotes and bids, negotiating favourable terms where possible. * Regularly update project estimates based on project progress and market changes. * Prepare tender documents that contribute to successful bid submissions. * Prepare detailed cost estimates to support sales proposals, including materials, labour, equipment, and other related expenses. * Work alongside engineering and design teams to ensure project proposals are technically sound and feasible You will need: * Demonstrable experience in a similar position * Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast:paced environment. * Based within a commutable distance North London (office based role) Please attach an updated cv to express interest and we will be in touch Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
