Part Time Customer Supporter Rose Manor, Ketley Park Road, Telford, TF1 5FH GBP 11.90 per hour 27.5 hours per week Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Supporter at our Older People scheme at Rose Manor, Telford At Sanctuary Supported Living, we specialise in delivering a wide range of personalised housing, care, and support services to help people across England to live as independently as possible. The role of Customer Supporter will include: : Providing front of house reception duties: Developing innovative and varied individual and group activities: Promoting and evaluating activities for customers, enabling them to reach their own potential: Assisting and encouraging customers to access and maintain a level of integration into the wider community: Working with other staff to ensure a clean and comfortable environment is maintained: Escorting customers to off site appointments, such as GP visits Skills and experiences: :Experience of developing and leading customer involvement activities:Previous experience working with a similar customer group is desirable:Good interpersonal and customer care skills: Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising work loads:Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills:NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards:Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths Are you ready to be your best?
