Here at Kellanova we have a fantastic opportunity as a Head of Communications (internal and external) UK and Ireland. This role is accountable for overseeing all the execution of communications activity for Kellanova in the UK and Ireland both internally and externally in support of our corporate social purpose agenda and our world:famous brands. You'll oversee planning and delivery of our earned media strategy, brand and corporate PR, internal communications, and selected public affairs. Alongside strategy, this is a truly hands on role where you will be delivering daily to ensure success. As we continue to put our people at the heart of everything we do, this is a hybrid role that will be based in our fantastic Media City office three days a week. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing : Brand PR : Be accountable for overseeing the delivery of our brand PR programme in the UK and Ireland, including management of agency partners: Campaign execution : Take a hands:on role in executing our media strategy, including owning our relationship with tier 1 media, while guiding and coaching your team to do the same.: Internal and External Communications : Lead in the creation and delivery of a brilliant Internal and External communications programme for the business unit.: Collaboration : Partner with the UKI Corporate Communications Director to deliver a programme of engagement and advocacy with political stakeholders.: Support : Act as a deputy to the UKI Corporate Communications Director in internal and external meetings and leading a small team of in:house communication experts We're Looking for Someone With : Great experience within the communications / PR industry.: Line management and coaching skills/experience.: Experience working with the food/retail industry.: Experience of stakeholder engagement and public affairs: A 'Can Do' and 'Courageous' mindset What's Next After you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
