Chairperson – IPO London 1-2 Days Per Month We are thrilled to be working with a Founder led business within the hospitality industry who are looking for a chairperson to join their board and assist with taking the business into IPO.The Individual: The ideal Chairperson will be an expert NED/ Chairperson with proven experience taking businesses within the entertainment, leisure or hospitality industry into IPO. You will have the time commitment available to work with the wider board and advise on the best possible options during an important time in the business.Requirements:Board level experience within entertainment, leisure, or hospitality industryPrevious experience at board level with multiple arms to a businessPrevious experience taking a business into IPO is a must for this role Ideally strong financial background at CFO levelAbility to work collaborativelyCan-do attitude with desire to build on the success of the businessFlexible work pattern to fit the needs of the businessFoster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organisation.If this position is of interest to you and you fit the requirements of the role then please apply with an updated copy of your CV.
