Role: Planning Lawyer Salary: £45-£55ph Location: Norfolk – fully remote Duration: 6 months rolling contract – 15 to 20 hours a week The role of a Senior Planning Lawyer: Support the county planning authority with a TCPA highways applicationYou will also handle a small caseload of general planning matters – s106s, s278s and general planning adviceAssist officers with any administrative work that may be required from time to time The Person: Experience of large scale TCPA and 1992 general regs applications is essentialA solicitor, barrister or legal executive with 3+ years of PQE in Planning LawSomeone who is organised and self-motivated and is prepared to contribute and improve upon the efficiency of the team Benefits of the Senior Planning Lawyer role Remote workingFlexible hoursWeekly payments If you or someone that you know would be interested in applying to the Planning Lawyer vacancy, then don't hesitate to get in touch with Hugh Barnes via email, XXXX@servicecare.org.uk, or via phone at 0177XXXXXX.
