The company, who offers a wide range of services including Connectivity, Communications and IT services to their customers are going through a significant growth trajectory including a round of investment.Technical Support Engineer – Stonehouse Context Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading Telecommunications company. The company, who offers a wide range of services including Connectivity, Communications and IT services to their customers are going through a significant growth trajectory including a round of investment. Working in a fast paced yet rewarding environment you’ll be responsible for providing 2nd Line support to a variety of different customers across the UK. You’ll be working alongside an experienced and technically driven team where service levels are a priority; you’ll need be posses excellent relationship building skills with the ability to resolve issues inline with SLAs. Further responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd Line support, resolving issues or escalating when requiredProvisioning of new services or managing requests for moves/adds/changesDelivering IT estate and quality audits to ensure customers are compliantConstantly develop your technical skill set to grow within the business Requirements: Experience working in a 1st/2nd Line role, ideally within the telecoms/IT services industryExperience supporting Microsoft DesktopExperience in administering/supporting Windows Server 2008/2012/2016Experience in administering/supporting Office 365, including user and license administration, any knowledge of Office 365 migrations would be highly advantageousExperience with VOIP technologiesExperience with Exchange 2007/2010/2016Any experience with cloud solutions including Azure and 365 In return, our client is offering a competitive basic of up to £32,000 PA plus out of hours allowance, required once per month plus a list of great benefits 25 days holiday + bank, birthday day off, Perkbox, healthcare after 1 years’ service, flexible working hours. Please note: this role is full time onsite at the client’s offices.
