As an IAG Advisor, you’ll be the beacon of hope for many, working under the guidance of the Contracts Manager and alongside a dedicated regional team. Your role is pivotal in managing referrals for the CXK programme plus more, ensuring each client receives tailored support to reach their career and educational aspirations. Your Impact: Forge strong bonds with Jobcentre Plus and manage a diverse caseload. Empower clients to overcome employment barriers and boost their job readiness. Craft personalized action plans and provide insightful advice and guidance. Champion compliance and maintain meticulous records. We Need: Proven experience in delivering IAG to the unemployed. A track record of meeting targets and KPIs. A deep understanding of the challenges faced by long-term unemployed individuals. A Level 3+ IAG Qualification (Level 4+ desirable). You Are: A strong communicator, capable of simplifying complex ideas. Empathetic, patient, and adaptable to individual needs. An efficient planner with excellent time management skills. Additional Information Salary: up to £16,200.00 per annum dependent on experience Location: Newhaven Contract: Fixed Term – Part Time over 3 days per week 25.5 hours per week Hours: 3 Days – Monday, Thursday and Friday 09:00 – 17:30 Benefits:  up to 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + Birthday Day off, per year; Long service award, an extra days annual leave per year completed, up to 5 additional days; 5 days paid sick leave per year; Employee referral scheme, up to £500 per successful referral; Sabbatical Leave the right to request up to 1 months unpaid sabbatical leave; Season ticket loan of up to £1000 per year; Pension contributions; Career development opportunities; 2 volunteering days per year; ability to purchase an additional 3 days annual leave per year; Death in service benefit, including an Employee Assistance Programme. Please Note: The successful candidate must be able to work in the UK.
