If your heart resonates with these questions, we have an exciting opportunity for you Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our specialist setting in Kirklees, where we provide tailored support for children with SEMH needs. As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing individualized care and guidance to students, empowering them to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.This role is a temporary position starting in September and lasting until October 2024 Role and Responsibilities: :Assist pupils with practical activities using a variety of teaching aids. :Create a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment. :Supervise pupils with SEMH, ensuring their safety and ability to access learning activities and understand the information presented. * :Build a trusting relationship with all pupils and communicate according to their understanding. * :Promote inclusion and acceptance, support diversity and ensure pupils have equal access to learning and development.
