We are currently recruiting for an experience part time bookkeeper to join a large company based in Foston, DE65 to support with general admin duties. Job Title: Bookkeeper (accounts) Pay Rate: GBP12.00 p/h Hours: 08:00am : 17:00pm (24:30hrs per week) What will I be doing? * Ensuring that all administrative and technical tasks are carried out efficiently and completed in accordance with internal and external targets. * General admin tasks : scanning, copying, replying to emails, speaking with other departments, taking messages, creating appointments etc. * To process all necessary purchase orders, customer fees and invoices in accordance with the Councils financial regulations. * To contribute to the marketing and development of the service and to the overall performance of the team. * Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. What do I need to know? * Ability to work to deadlines * Experience within a similar role preferred however training is provided * Good communication skills * Computer skills and understanding * Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping * Must have SAGE experience * Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills How do I apply?
