Job Description As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our cleaning operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated Account Managers to ensure exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities * Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve operational excellence. * Operational Management: Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction. * Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring service excellence. * Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. * Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage resources, including staff, equipment, and budgets. * Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies. * Innovation: Implement innovative solutions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
