JustOT are looking to recruit a Community Peadiatric Social Services Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in Berkshire. The pay for this position is GBP35 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration. We are Looking for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist Attending Office at least 1 day per month. Key Responsibilities: To provide comprehensive assessments and recommendations for equipment such as seating, bathing, specialist bed and moving and handling. Conduct assessments and recommend minor and major adaptation work.Review existing care packages and ensure the safe and appropriate provision of care to meet the childs needs effectively. Complete housing needs reports and liaise with the housing team to assess and review properties for children and families on medical grounds. Manage a personal caseload and provide personalised recommendations based on individual assessments. Support joint working between Social Workers, school colleagues, short break staff and NHS colleagues to ensure effective multidisciplinary practice.
