Fostering Senior Practitioner : Outstanding Ofsted salary up to GBP42,000 per annum + GBP5,000 car allowance NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Essex area, in order to help them find a Fostering Senior Practitioner who can join them on a permanent basis. They have an Outstanding Ofsted rating, so you will be part of a very nice working environment. They are also a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency, so they are like a charity. They have a very good reputation and they are also therapeutic. Responsibilities: The Fostering Senior Practitioner will oversee a small caseload of about 4 foster carers, located around the Essex area. You will also provide support and supervision to some of the Supervising Social Workers in the team. You will have the flexibility to do some of the work from home and some from their office in Essex.
