Portfolio Revenue Manager Hospitality Leeds (Hybrid) A GBP 50,000 This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UKs expanding hospitality management companies as a Portfolio Revenue Manager. This Group manages a diverse portfolio including several branded hotels and a serviced office site. This role is ideal for an individual interested in overseeing a major property, with ambitions to progress into a cluster management position. Responsibilities A Deliver the pricing strategies for online channels. A Manage all hotel distribution channels and pricing strategies. A Ensure each property works with adequate 3rd parties to maximise revenue. A Ensure property performance through robust channel and room:type management. A Identify and implement new Revenue Management tools, opportunities and strategies. A Build and maintain Databases. A Manage OTA channels swing to Direct business. A Take ownership of the allocated portfolio topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. A Give market insights, analyse data and identify trends. A Think outside the box. The ideal candidate A Minimum of 2 years of Revenue Management Experience. A Experience with the London 4* market. A Understanding of Opera and OnQ PMS, StayNTouch a plus. A Strong RMS knowledge: IdeaS/Concerto/GRO. A Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA a plus) with intermediate knowledge of other MS Office Applications. A Ability to articulate and introduce change effectively. A Understanding of the 3* hotel market.
