Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Needs Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing attitude, a positive outlook, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. * Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. * Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development. * Employ a variety of teaching techniques and strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. * Monitor and assess students progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly. * Provide emotional and social support to students, fostering a positive and respectful classroom culture. Requirements: * A recognised teaching qualification with specialisation or experience in Special Needs Education. * A positive attitude and a compassionate, patient approach to teaching. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * The ability to work collaboratively with a team. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. * A commitment to continuous professional development.
