This role is ideal for passionate educators with a strong background in teaching children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who are ready to inspire and support their students. Your Role as an SEN Teacher: * Lead a class of 10 children, each with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), supported by 3:4 dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs). * Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs. * Create a nurturing and structured classroom environment that fosters both academic and social development. * Collaborate closely with the SENCo and other staff members to ensure consistent support and guidance for all students.
