Work Place Flexibility: Onsite Legal Entity: Entergy Services, LLC ***This position may be filled as an Analyst I, II, IIIor Sr., depending on the qualifications and or the experience of the candidate.*** ***This position will belocatedatthe 1600 Perdido Street, New Orleans, LA office building.*** JOB SUMMARY TheProcessAnalystwillproduce reports anddevelop/maintainprocesses related to advanced meteringinfrastructure(AMI)withintheAdvanced MeteringOperations Center(AMOC). Thepositionwill work withbusinessand ITstakeholdersto ensure the overall viabilityof advanced meteringoperations-includingenergy:usagedata delivery, remote meter operations,deviceconfigurationmanagement,device connectivityandprocess automation.TheAMOCprocessanalystwillmanageprocessesand controlscrucial to AMI Operations andwillcatalogue metricsand key performance indicators. The position will also support the AMOC'sresponsibility for product ownership of the AMIsolution-including the head:end system (HES) and the (MDMS). JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES :Maintainthe AMOC'sbusiness processesand standard operating procedures; participate in workshops,critically examine processes for integrity and efficiency;ensure effectivecontrols are in place;refine and create new processesand proceduresas necessary :Act asbusiness representativebetweentheAMOC andIT stakeholders overseeing core enterprise systems.Participate in businessprocessand technical workshops. :Develop and maintainbusiness requirements fortheIT needs of theAMOC::::leveraging existing business processes created for advanced meteringoperations :Develop relevant operational reports to demonstrate trends in AMIprocessesand assist in the proactive identification and resolution of incidents; develop expertise in the AMOC's processes andthe processes of peer groups that interface with the AMOC :Participate inand coordinateuseracceptance testing of AMIsolutiondeliverables :Participate in process audit activities-performingtests to ensure the effectiveness of process, financial and access controls :Perform activities in support of the AMOC'sownership of key enterprise systems-includingthe HES and MDMS;manage system access;manageinventory ofIT system incidents, problems, enhancements and change coordination :Maintain the AMOC's inventory ofknownprocess exceptions and business impacts :TrackAMI data overpre:determined time frames to identify trends;conduct complex modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify operational efficiencies :Examine AMI Operations labor needs; define metrics to track labor performance and productivity; advise theAMOCmanager on long:term labor planning, based on measurable, quantitative data. :Provideoperationalincident responsesupport after:hours-including evenings,weekendsor holidaysasrequired :Where applicable, adhere to standard Service Management (problem, incident, and knowledge management) processes MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION :Bachelor's degree from an accredited four:year institutionor equivalent related work experiencerequired :BS inbusiness, management information systems,computer scienceor engineeringpreferred :Mastersdegreepreferred MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSTION : Analyst I: 0:2years of professional experience: Analyst II: 2:4years of professional experience: Analyst III: 4:6 years of professional experience: Analyst Sr: At least 6 years of professional experience: Preferred:5 years' experience inutilityoperations,IT operations,or project management MINIMUMN KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR THE POITION :Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft office: Word, Excel,PowerPoint Preferred: :Ability to introduce new
