Are you ready to join an innovative Sales team, develop your career and be responsible for some of our busiest accounts? Here at Kellanova we are looking for a National Account Manager where you will travel and build strong relationships with our key Foodservice wholesalers, members, and customers across the UK. As we understand the importance of work/life balance, this role will offer hybrid working with travel to the Media City Office, but we expect you to be out with customers 2days a week. As well as flexibility in where you work, we also offer some brilliant benefits including a 6 yearly bonus (can be more based on both yours and the company's performance), a 53rd week payment at Christmas, company car, pension scheme which can be maxed at 12 if you put in 6 giving you an 18 pension. We also offer a share scheme, holiday trading, private healthcare and many more benefits and perks. This is a truly hands on commercial National Account Manager role covering the whole of the UK. You will have full autonomy to manage these accounts with a genuine opportunity to really make a difference in a global business operating within a very buoyant market. The development opportunities within this role are fantastic giving you the chance to progress within our wholesale business or move cross functionally depending on your needs and ambitions. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Accounts : Accountable for accounts across Foodservice.:Travel : Travel is expected as this is a national role with accounts that spread across the UK.: Building Relationships : Responsible for driving results, increasing wallet share and account performance whilst also having an eye and the ability to create New Business opportunities.: P and L : Full P and L accountability and forecasting responsibilities. : Events : Responsible for attending events and tradeshows to help build new and existing relationships; giving you the opportunity to promote our fantastic products.We're Looking for Someone With : Experience working within Foodservice, Wholesale or Convenience customers with sales and account management responsibilities.: A proven record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships with multi:million:pound P and L spend.: Experience working within a commercial and high:pressured role where you have driven and achieved results.: A full UK driving license What's Next After you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
