Job Title: Mid-Market Sales Lead - FinTech SaaS (Seed to Series A Stage) Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 + Double OTE Location: London Hybrid Job Type: Full-Time We are working in partnership with a pioneering FinTech SaaS company, currently in a vigorous phase of growth, having successfully secured £4M in funding from notable investors like Hubspot, Gumtree, and Stride VC. Our client is revolutionizing the CFO office with a comprehensive solution that spans Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Order to Cash, Reconciliation, Debt Collection, Working Capital, and Treasury Management. Achieving an impressive £800K in ARR within just three years, they are now gearing up for a Series A investment round.This is a company truly on a mission to disrupt a legacy tech environment offering not only an incredible solution to the CFO office but doing so in a way that adopts a customer-centric approach to how the platform is utilised and adopted across the business. Role Overview: As a Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business and accelerating revenue growth. You will leverage your expertise in FinTech or SaaS to identify and secure opportunities in the Mid-Market space, guiding a talented team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) towards achieving and surpassing sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of BDRs, fostering a culture of success and goal achievement whilst remaining an IC and leading from the front. Be involved in your own prospecting as well as hosting demos and negotiations across your own accounts and those being passed through by the BDR team. Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate Mid-Market accounts. Maintain a deep understanding of the product suite and its value proposition for CFO offices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client interactions and market trends. Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance metrics to the founding team Ensure KPIs and metrics are in place across your direct reports and measure performance on a monthly and quarterly basis. Conduct one-to-one reviews with your direct reports and ensure support is provided to boost performance. Qualifications: Proven experience in a fast-paced, agile startup environment, preferably within FinTech or SaaS sectors. A strong track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets. Experience in leading and motivating sales teams. Proficient in managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Final Round - In-person meeting to present your GTM strategy followed by a Q&A + Meet the founders 2 hours.
