Job Title - Business Development Manager Location - Anywhere in the UK Salary - £35,000 OTE Realistic OTE Year 1 - £70,000 - £80,000 Year 2 - £110K + The Company We are super excited to be working with this incredible Startup who are bring to the market an all-in-one solution to deliver a unified banking and Payments experience to merchants all across the UK. With a core focus on catering to the SME space including hotels, restaurants, Highstreet shops, Salons, pubs/clubs etc our client are able to offer extremely competitive rates as low as 0.35% and are also able to provide PAX terminals, E-POS systems, Cash Advances and business banking. Our client are also a licenced Acquirer and lender with the FCA, The role Our client is on a mission to scale and therefore we are always looking for incredible salespeople to join the business across all different locations within the UK and you will truly have the opportunity to build out your own business within a business whilst being supported with a base salary instead of being self-employed. You will also be given full autonomy to secure sales in the way that works for you, whether that is getting out in the field and going door to door with potential merchants, picking up the phone and calling around, Whichever approach suits your style to winning business is fine by us. If you also show the mindset and skill set to scale a team, this will also give you direct routes to do so, stepping into senior leadership roles. to do so it is a simple target, bring on 20 new customer per month for 3 months and you can start to hire. All hires will be salary based so it will make it also attractive to the many Payments consultant that are currently self-employed. The Requirements Very simply put, we are looking for people who have a proven track record selling card payment solution within the SME environment. You may currently be self-employed and looking for a little more stability or you may be working within a large business with a lack of progression available to you. If you can demonstrate an ability to onboard between 15-30 customer per month and have a clear understanding of the card payments ecosystem, then we want to speak with you. We are looking to hire multiple people across the UK. Whats in it for you.
