Backed by notable investors including HubSpot, Gumtree, and Stride.VC, and having raised £4 million in funding, they are now poised to hit the £1 million ARR milestone and prepare for a Series A funding round. With a compact and versatile team of 15, they pride themselves on a diverse and collaborative work environment that drives innovation and effective solutions. Role Summary: We seek a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical skills in digital marketing. This role requires a proactive individual ready to tackle the challenges of a fast-paced start-up environment. You will take full ownership of your projects, from strategizing to executing high-impact SEO and PPC campaigns, ensuring both long-term brand visibility and immediate performance gains, whilst supporting the wider marketing team across full funnel marketing activities driving their demand generation approach. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. Independently manage PPC campaigns across Google and LinkedIn, overseeing everything from content alignment and campaign launch to performance monitoring and data-driven optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Design, and Content, to create cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
