Job Title Business Development Representative Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 + £20K OTE Location - London Sourcific Talent is working with an incredible Fintech SaaS Start-up who are disrupting the world of Finance Automation with a product that drive imense value to the CFO office and supports them to gain deep insights and manage their financial operations. This covers everything from Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order to cash, Reconciliation, Debt Collection and more. As a business they are approaching 4 years old and during that time have seen remarkable success that includes Raised £4M backed by HubSpot, Gumtree and StrideVC Grown their ARR to just over £800K making them very almost profitable Done so with a lean team on 14 people This is a business that has huge ambition and the people to back it up, with an incredibly diverse array of talent that has not only enabled them to secure a strong product market fit, but has built a culture that is truly collaborative, full of knowledge sharing and a place where you can true see the impact from the work that you are doing. The role We are currently looking to hire an ambitious, dynamic and driven Business Development Representative into the team. As a BDR you will be expected to show a real element of proactiveness to identify, engage and convert new prospects into Sales qualified leads and book meetings with the team of Account Executives. This will see you conducting research to identify businesses within the Mid Market space and the personas within those companies such as CFO, Finance Directors, FP&A, Financial Controllers etc and engage them through multi-channel cadences with personalised messaging based on the specific pain points you have identified they are seeing. You will be expected to use cold calls, email, LinkedIn, Events, and any other channels to secure your targets. Who we are looking for Due to the stage of our growth and out ambitious plans for the future, we are looking for people who have demonstrated clear success as a BDR taking SaaS based solutions to the market. If you have any experience with selling Fintech SaaS then brownie points!We are also very focused on finding a candidate that will fit with the business from a cultural perspective. Start-up environments can be demanding yet very rewarding and so we need someone who is ready to join a fast paced environment where you will be given a lot of autonomy, creative freedom and ownership to deliver in this role. Finally, you will absolutely need to show both resilience and drive. Sales can be a tough job when you get rejection after rejection but so worth it when you get to the yes! So having that clear reason to keep going is important to see. Requirements 6+ Months proven track record of achieving targets as a BDR within a SaaS environment Clearly able to demonstrate the use of Multi-Channel cadences including Cold calling, Email, Events, LinkedIn/Social Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav and other sales based tools The ability to work with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Customer Success etc Ambition, Drive, resilience, and a real "go getter" mindset Desirable skills / Experience Experience working within Fintech or selling to the CFO office Experience succeeding within a Seed to Series-A Start-up environment Long term opportunities Let me put it this way.
