Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of skilled chefs. Craft menus showcasing Hampshire and Surreys freshest and finest ingredients, sourced from local suppliers. Oversee the culinary offerings in multiple dining areas: A vibrant bar and lounge serving artisan coffee, lounge food by day, and inventive cocktails by night . A relaxed yet elegant restaurant setting offering modern British cuisine, fine dining without the formality, featuring a well-chosen wine list and AA Rosette quality dishes . In-Room Dining, Provide an exquisite dining experience for guests preferring to dine in the comfort of their room . Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes. Manage kitchen operations including budgeting, inventory, and supplier relationships. Uphold and enhance the establishments reputation for culinary excellence. Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef in a quality dining environment. Used to working hands on in a Small Team A passion for European and British cuisine and an understanding of current culinary trends. Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
