We are seeking a customer-friendly Concierge for a busy Residential Apartment Complex, at a fixed location in Blackheath, London (SE3).The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining a safe, friendly and clean environment, and the ability to problem-solve across a range of daily operation activities.Shift hours are 8am - 8pm (11.5 paid working hours), 4 days per week - working a pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off. Responsibilities - Greet and welcome Residents upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner- Provide information about building facilities- Assist sub-contract staff with scheduled visits- Manage incoming mail and post-room- Ensure cleanliness of Residential communal areas (including Bin Store)- Manage incoming calls and other administration What are we looking for? - Lives within a short commute of the building- Excellent interpersonal skills- Very good communication skills- Strong organisation and time-management skills
