We are looking to recruit an experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to support one of our largest Social Housing partners on a permanent basis.You will supervise a small team of Grounds Operatives around the London, Greater London, and Home Counties areas (including SW London, W London/Middlesex, NW London, touching on parts of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.You will be responsible for ensuring all professional Grounds services are delivered to a high standard, including Lawn/Grass Cutting, Leaf Collection, Weeding, Pruning, Hedge Trimming, Blowing, Rubbish/Waste disposal, etc Core Responsibilities To supervise a number of grounds maintenance operators to achieve the highest level of maintenance service to the client Work closely with the Contracts Manager To effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system Ensure works are delivered to the required standards and in accordance with the set specification To represent the business and meet client representatives on sites What are we looking for? Full UK Driving Licence (Company Vehicle is provided) Able to be mobile and drive to various sites around the South East (as required) Experience in Grounds and Petrol-Powered tools Team Leadership / Supervisory experience
