C&N Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Chef for a 4* Hotel based on the outskirts of Welwyn Garden City.This is a fantastic opportunity to give you work life balance whilst still working in the kitchen, the hours of work will be 6.30am to 3.30pm, 5 out of 7 days. Breakfast chef duties Responsible for preparing all breakfast items and baked pastry goods to a high standard, both plated and buffet items. Ensure the food is current, innovative and fresh. Assisting in the pre of afternoon tea once breakfast has finished. Support the executive chef in other areas. You: Previous experience as a chef in a quality establishment, this could be a restaurant/ hotel/ contract catering unit. An eye for detail and take pride in every plate cooked.
