We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Property Surveyor, on a 3- month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £236.97 - £300.00 per Day Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Area Repairs Manager (North West/South Central) to develop and implement systems for regular inspections of external and communal property areas. Work with Housing services colleagues to enhance quality and customer satisfaction for residents. Adopt a flexible approach to resource deployment within the Property Services Division to manage workload fluctuations. Highlight key investment needs to the Property Planning and Assets Team for major works program planning. Implement and document the Councils health and safety policy for residents, staff, and contractors. Qualifications: Proficient in IT and computer systems. Strong problem-solving abilities, literacy, and numeracy. Minimum of 5 years in responsive repairs, preferably in Housing. Excellent knowledge of building pathology.
