We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Harrogate to assist with the appointment of a Waiting Staff , on a 3-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £11.44 - £14.25 per hour Hours Per Week :1.00 Summary: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our waiting staff team. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality service to guests across North Yorkshire Council's dining establishments, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all patrons. Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while adhering to service standards. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance and information as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Food safety and hygiene certification is desirable but not mandatory.
