MUST HAVE SENIOR OR SALES MANAGEMENT RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE - SELLING TEMP STAFFING SOLUTIONS Are you an experienced senior recruiter or sales leader with a proven track record of driving results? We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in the UK.As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and leading your own desk in a temp recruitment environment.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients to expand the customer base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support sales efforts. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
