We are working closely alongside Met Office to assist with the appointment of a HR Adviser , on a 6-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £212.82 - £273.94 per Day Responsibilities: Review current Met Office processes and practice and advise on legislative / other requirements required to facilitate international mobility ensuring compliance (including but not confined to cross-border assignments, temporary overseas secondments, exchange programmes with partner organisations). This includes inward/ outward exchange and assignments. Develop guidance for managers and employees and establish the processes to facilitate international exchange/ assignments and ensure efficient programme execution. Qualifications: Relevant global mobility experience including exposure to regulatory compliance Experience in a mobility role within a large, complex organisation ideally within the public and/ or education sector Comprehensive understanding of international mobility processes and policy Attention to detail especially when developing terms and conditions of employment related to mobility Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
