Senior Designer for Brand & Marketing Agency Full Time Hybrid Permanent / Manchester / Full Time / Hybrid Salary: £45k per annum DOE About the Role We are on the hunt for a stand out Senior Designer to embrace an exciting new role, joining a team of exceptionally talented creatives backed by a network of freelance trusted partners. Take on a fantastic position, shaping the visual identity and aesthetic direction of each project, whilst leading a team of passionate designers. Take charge of collaborating with each department to ensure the team’s creative output is of the highest standard. Our client seeks someone with expertise, confidence, and a driving vision and ensuring all work resonates with each target audience. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a close knit team, reporting directly to the Designer Manager in line with the Creative Director’s output. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Design Director to manage the studio team, acting a role model offering junior designers the guidance they need. Develop innovative design concepts across various mediums (digital, print, etc.). Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions. Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery.Interpret briefs from clients and colleagues to create impactful design solutions. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. About You The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Senior Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio with diverse design projects, particularly for standout brands. Proficient in industry-standard design software.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred but not essential).
