Assay development experience in quantitative enzymatic pathways, flow cytometry and immunoassays is also highly desirable. Minimum requirement for this role includes five years industrial experience with developing functional assays that support characterisation stages of non-clinical and pre-clinical development of biotherapeutics. Alongside all the analysis relevant to the characterization of the biotherapeutic product, it also requires the ability to analyse and interpret complex data and to develop, optimise, troubleshoot, and support implementation of complex functional 3D assays.
